Services and Prices for those local to Grimsby/lower Stoney Creek:
- $60/hr for private yoga sessions
- $60/hr for personal training sessions
- $30/hr pp for partner training sessions
- $20/hr pp for small group sessions (3-6 people)
- $100/hr for corporate fitness sessions with health talk/resources
- Add sound healing instruments to the class for an additional $20
- Add Reiki & Thai yoga massage to a restorative yoga session for $20
